These Groups use the Schoolroom during the Year:

The Craft and Sewing Group
meet monthly on the last Thursday of every month at 2pm in the schoolroom. All welcome. All types of crafts, sewing and art enjoyed. Bring your own materials. It is a very relaxed group with plenty of time to chat and encourage each other.

The Writer's Circle
meets on the 1st Thursday of every month at 7.30pm. All interested in learning skills about writing, welcome.

The Men's Guild
meet on the 1st Monday of each month at 10.30 am in the Schoolroom, outings, talks and items of interest vary each month. Trips to Cinema, Steam Rallies and numerous other activities. All Men welcome.

The Quakers
meet in the Schoolroom on the 2nd and last Sunday of each month at 10.30am. All welcome to our Meetings.

Circle Dancing
Hello Dancing Ladies,
 Our next Circle Dancing session is coming round soon - just under a fortnight away!   If you didn't manage to make the October fest., then make every attempt to join us in November.
 I'm assembling a lively set of dances for us - some requests for repeats from the last session - and a host of new dances - plus possibly a guest leader or two!   If you come across a dance you would like to teach, please let me know - I'm always up for new teachers!

I will be teaching a session in Northants on November 17th (in the morning!!), and should anyone want a lift I could take a couple of dancers with me - but it's an early start!

So, if you want to try your feet at a Kurdish Pravo, Omorfula (fiendish but fun!), a wild dance from Balkan Beat Box, and a sensual gypsy dance, plus a meditational dance or two to finish with - LET ME KNOW if you will be
joining us on Thursday, 8th November at 7.00 pm prompt - in the Chapel Schoolroom (which we have discovered to be a delight to dance in!)!!
